There are many methods of carp fishing to try, my personal favorite one is very simple and it's called the bomb rig. first you need about 5 to 15 bls line, next you need a bomb weight about 1 ounce. atach the wieght with some split shots about 1 or 2 inches up the line. finally the hook, I usually use about a size 12 0r 10. look to the right and this is what it should look like.---------->
now I'm going to tell you how to tie a simple hair rig. First you get an eyed hook and put the end of your line and put it through the eye from the hook point and tie a loop at the end. next you make 3 to 5 loops around the hook stem, and put your end loop through the three loops you just made and pull it tight.
